Powder leaf prepared drying cold (4 ̊C), oven (100 ̊C) open air (±30 then ground following preservation at -20 ̊C freezer. Thiamine content C. olitorius 3.22 – 5.84 mg/g 4.26 6.46 mg/g. both species show 1.00 1.35 Niacin was found 12.01 19.12 12.95 23.17 varieties. Preserved powder contain 0.37 0.58 thiamine.
